AC001 Acenda, Inc. in Egg Harbor Township is seeking a Case Manager to provide crucial support services to families facing housing instability. The role involves case management, life skills coaching, and collaborating with community resources.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant social service experience. The position offers a base pay of $19.23 per hour, with additional benefits including health coverage and a sign-on bonus of $500.
Acenda Integrated Health offers over 100 behavioral health programs across New Jersey, including mental health services, crisis care, substance use recovery, family therapy, maternal and pediatric support, and residential programs.
Keep families together by providing safe, permanent housing and ongoing evidence‑based trauma‑informed support services to child protection and permanency families throughout the region.
Provide case management and support services to families with a history of homelessness or housing instability. Assist parents in transitioning to self‑sufficient living and improving individual and family stability. Offer coaching and guidance on life skills such as home management, nutrition, budgeting, parenting, education/vocation training, and advocacy.
Co‑facilitate groups for parents, children, and families. Link families to formal and informal community resources. Collaborate with KFT peers, DCP&P, and community service providers. Complete documentation consistently with program and agency requirements, using evidence‑based practice.
Base Pay: $19.23 per hour
Sign‑on Bonus: $500
Schedule: Day shift
Bilingual rate: Additional $1.50 per hour if Spanish proficient.
