Job Title: Case Manager
Location: Corona, CA (SCAL address: CA-Corona-1840 California Ave.-Corona Member Service Call Centre (CA989-1)); first two weeks onsite
Education: HS Diploma or GED required
Preferred Level of Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience: 6 years of customer service experience, heavy writing and speaking with customers over the phone. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential. Healthcare environment experience is a plus.
Preferred Experience: BlueShield, Aetna, Healthcare providers (this is a significant advantage)
Systems Knowledge Required: Extensive working knowledge of personal computers, including Windows-based software applications, MS Word, etc.
