• Bachelor's degree with major in human resources or service delivery.
• At least one year experience providing services to a dependent adult population.

• Minimium of one year experience, with the provision of services, to a dependant adult population.
• Flexibility and creativity in dealing with the issues being faced by residents and families
• Ability to exercise independent judgment within the rganization's mission and philosophy
• Experience and enjoyment in working with older adults

Pay Rate: 60K to 65K
