Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work OR graduating this semester with a Social Work degree.
  • Must obtain Social Work Board License within 1 year of hire.
  • Must obtain Wrap Around Certification once hired.
  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Pass a thorough background check (criminal, abuse, motor vehicle).
  • Have a current driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with youth, families, Ranch treatment team, and external resources to create and manage a single plan of care for each child.
  • Monitor the treatment plan to ensure the child’s goals are met.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to assess youth needs and coordinate services.
  • Provide continuous youth, family, and custodian contact.
  • Serve as an advocate for youth.
  • Empower families by teaching them to communicate, schedule, and manage behaviors and medications.

Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking to hire a Case Manager on its Bismarck, ND, campus.

Starting Wage

$23.50/hour+ Bachelor's degree (see qualifications); OR $25/hour+ LBSW, Depending on Experience

Schedule

Monday-Friday, daytime hours with one evening a week for group. Occasional travel is required.

Responsibilities
