You will collaborate with attorneys, maintain client communication, review medical records, schedule appointments, and calendar deadlines while keeping a human touch with a high-volume caseload.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage and move pre-litigation cases forward with confidence and care
• Work closely with supervisor, attorneys, and support staff in a collaborative, upbeat environment
• Maintain strong communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and more
• Review and analyze medical records and treatment progress
• Help clients navigate treatment options and schedule appointments
• Prepare cases for the demands department
• Organize, maintain, and update electronic client files
• Calendar deadlines and keep cases on track
• Open claims, process property damage, and follow up on case tasks
• Bring a positive, solutions-oriented approach to every challenge

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• 1+ years of experience in personal injury case management
• Fast, accurate typing speed (60+ WPM)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Professional, proactive communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload without losing the human touch
