The GEO Group Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Case Manager responsible for providing counseling services and supporting detainees in adjusting to facility life. You will develop programs to meet individual needs and provide guidance on available services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in caseload management and possess a strong understanding of correctional services. A valid driver's license and U.S. citizenship are required for this role.

Summary The Case Manager provides counseling services, assists the detainees in adjusting to facility life and obtaining needed services or changes in assignment. Develops and implements programs within the facility to meet the individual needs of detainees, to include individual and group counseling.
