MW Talent is partnering with a prestigious personal injury law firm in Atlanta to hire an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager. This is a full-time legal role—not a medical case management position—ideal for professionals with a proven track record managing cases from intake through negotiation and closing.

Location:

• Remote: Available for candidates residing 50+ miles from the office

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement and closing

• Negotiate and settle claims directly with insurance adjusters

• Maintain regular communication with clients, adjusters, and medical providers

• Handle a high-volume caseload with accuracy and professionalism

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient case resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury case management experience in a law firm

• Must have full-cycle case experience, including negotiations and in-house closings

• Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment

• Strong work history demonstrating reliability and long-term commitment

• Spanish speaker is a plus
