Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides daily support to the CRM department to assist with quality and utilization data for day-to-day operations.
• Processes CMS forms (MOONS, IMs) for patients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verifies that documentation in patients' medical records is accurate and confidential.
• Responds to inquiries from CRM leadership and interacts with patients to monitor progress and ensure satisfaction.
• Assists with referrals and scheduling of diagnostic studies and other clinics per standard protocols, including coordination with PCP and JHS specialty clinics.
