Responsibilities

• Organizes workflow and manages communications within the team.
• Indexes and creates authorizations in the software.
• Trains Case Assistant I staff and supports RN Case Managers.
• Ensures documentation meets risk and regulatory requirements.
• Assists with preparation of reports and member correspondence.
• Triages calls and directs to appropriate staff.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Works as part of a team to coordinate medical services and improve outcomes.
