Job summary

Qualifications

• BSW or nursing degree required.
• Three years of medical or behavioral health case management experience.
• Current RN or SW license in good standing from Alabama.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel within service area.
• Able to interact with members and providers in person.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Case Management team.
• Provide operational oversight with clear objectives and goals.
• Perform caseload reviews and supervisory visits.
• Visit provider offices to build partnerships with staff.
• Ensure team has supplies and resources to perform duties.
• Travel within service area as required.
