State of Maryland, Maryland Department of Juvenile Services (DJS), seeks a Case Management Specialist Supervisor Community to oversee case management for youths in community or residential settings. The role involves coordinating services, supervising staff, and ensuring collaboration with courts and partners.

Flexibility includes nontraditional hours and possible telework. Requires a Bachelor's degree and prior supervisory experience in youth services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitutions allowed (AA + 2 years)
• Master's degree can substitute one year of experience
• Military service can substitute experience and education on a year-for-year basis
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in direct services to youth is preferred

Responsabilités

• Supervise Case Management Specialists in delivering case management services to juveniles.
• Coordinate services and treatment plans for juveniles in various supervision settings.
• Coordinate DJS staff for daily operations of the Circuit Court and judicial matters pertaining to DJS.
