We are seeking a qualifiedCase Management Supervisor candidate interested in joining ourAssertive Community Treatment (ACT) at our Claymont, Delaware location.
The ACT Team Leader will provide managerial oversight to the ACT Team, manage the daily operation of the team in compliance with all state and local regulations and agency policies and procedures. The Team Leader will also provide ongoing review of participant’s placements, assessments of services and growth within the established system.
