Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to integrate patient and family preferences into care planning and to monitor care across the continuum. You will document patient records, advocate for resources, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective post-discharge plans.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) and an active RN license, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing education.

Job Description:
