Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor staff training and orientation programs in the Case Management Unit related to administrative functions of case clearance and activation, file retrieval, and fulfilling and reviewing records requests.
• Oversee and organize trainings for all crime laboratory staff on Case Management Unit functions.
• Provide assistance and trainings, on-site and off-site, to external agencies regarding records requests.
