Overview

VTG is seeking Case Management Officers to support our Client’s challenging operational requirements at multiple locations in the Washington Metropolitan Area.

What will you do?

• Conduct all‑Source intelligence research, analysis, report writing, and report editing
• Manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Manage all communications related to cases and projects and respond to on‑demand requests
• Project planning to include operational concept development, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of the operation
• Preparation and presentation of written and oral reports to all levels of customer management
• Potential for TDY travel

Do you have what it takes?

• Requires an active TS/SCI w/ Poly
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–20 years of relevant operational experience within the sponsor's organization or other relevant organization(s) in the Intelligence Community
• High degree of personal integrity
• Ability to simultaneously manipulate multiple sets of data to derive inputs for intelligence packages
• Excellent analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow‑through and manage status reporting and scheduling
• Familiarity with the customer’s report‑writing standards
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Desired Qualifications

• Relevant customer certifications
• Basic familiarity with both tactical and strategic military operations
• Familiarity with various Intelligence Community partners and their operations
• Proficiency with software and databases used in support of research and analysis for the U.S. Government
