Compensation

$ 18/hour starting wage

$250 Sign-On Bonus (after 90 days !)

Schedule

The Case Control Center operates 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM , and we are looking for candidates with flexible availability, including weekends .

Start Date : September 2025

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultations to potential clients calling into the firm and determine if we are able to help the client.
  • Collect and input adequate data regarding prospective cases.
  • Schedule appointments for call backs to potential clients.
  • Send and obtain signed retainers via email or text.
  • Accept inbound calls and place outbound calls.
  • Resolve client issues in a professional manner.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required ; college preferred.
  • Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced office environment.
  • Used to adapting in an ever-changing environment and handling multiple priorities.
  • Must thrive both in a team environment and when working independently.
  • Reliable and dependable.
  • Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applications.
