Job summary

DFA’s T.G. Lee Dairy is seeking adaptable general laborers for all-purpose duties in a fast-paced plant or warehouse setting. Work includes unloading materials, transferring products, and operating equipment safely, with GMPs and clear interdepartmental communication essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, production, or general work is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; able to write legible entries for records.
• Familiarity with company computer systems and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials and ingredients for plant or warehouse use.
• Transfer and store raw and finished products.

T.G. Lee Dairy has an immediate job opening for adaptable general laborers to perform all-purpose duties, which may include unloading materials and ingredients for plant or warehouse use, transferring and storing raw and finished products and operating onsite equipment and machinery in a safe manner. General laborers will be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and communicate effectively with all departments.

Rate of Pay

• $19.50 per hour

SCHEDULE

• 2nd shift - 5 pm to 5 am. 4 day work week with rotating days off during the week.

• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred
• Able to effectively work in a team environment
• Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
• Able to use company computer systems

• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Able to follow directions
• Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
