Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an entry‑level Case Developer in Longwood, Alabama. You will manage varied caseloads with organization, respond to client inquiries, and support attorneys throughout the process.

The role starts at $17.50 per hour with a bonus opportunity and requires a Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm schedule. This is an on-site position designed to immerse you in the team and learn from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm.
• Ability to be a team player and follow procedures.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
• Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail.
• On-site role for full immersion with the team.

Responsibilities

• File appeals for clients within SSA deadlines.
• Assist clients with paperwork questions.
• Communicate with SSA regarding client claims.
• Review files for issues affecting claims.
• Prepare RFH files for transfer to legal teams.
• Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis as needed.
• Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney guidance.
• Maintain organized case files.
• Daily contact with clients via phone and email.
• Collaborate with coworkers supporting case files.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Summary

We are seeking a Case Developer to join our team. As a Case Developer, you must be highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload and take pride in what you do. The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic.

Case Development is an entry level position starting at $17.50 an hour + bonus opportunity

Responsibilities

• File appeals for clients in a timely manner within the parameters of Social Security Administration's deadlines
• Assist clients with questions they have regarding their paperwork and answer any other questions they may have regarding the process
• Communicate with SSA (Social Security Administration) relating to your client’s claim
• Review files for potential issues that could affect the clients claim
• Review and Prepare RFH (request for hearing) files for transfer to the legal teams
• Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required
• Manage case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney
• Maintain organized case files
• Daily interaction with existing and potential clients, both via telephone and email
• Work directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files
• Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business
