Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers intake and initial investigation activities under MHRA.
• Coordinates with charging parties, respondents, and attorneys; guides procedural decisions.
• Ensures compliance with data practices in all communications.
• Identifies process gaps and supports training to enhance efficiency and compliance.
