Job summary

NCI Affiliates, Inc. is a local nonprofit serving the Central Coast for 50 years. We seek a Case Coordinator to manage cases, supervise Direct Support Professionals, and support individuals with disabilities in our Atascadero, Templeton, and Paso Robles catchment area.

The role is full-time with day/evening/weekend shifts. A LiveScan background check and a valid driver's license are required; bilingual is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous instruction and support for individuals.
• Maintain staff/client daily schedule.
• Attend meetings related to matters impacting the design or change of services for individuals served.
• Instruct individuals on achieving and maintaining adaptive skills and suitable behaviors.
• Adhere to Title 22 guidelines.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Case Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for case management and program supervision of your assigned caseload, with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

This is a management position and has subordinates.

We are seeking a frontline supervisor that has some familiarity with-in the human service’s/IDD community & who has Social Services Case Manager experience, to fill our open Case Coordinator position. The Case Coordinator will help oversee cases & supervise Direct Support Professionals within our NCI South Catchment area of Atascadero, Templeton, and Paso Robles. Also, an applicant who is bilingual is preferable but not a must.

SCHEDULE: Days & Evenings/Weekends as Needed, 30 Plus Hours Per Week (Flexibility a Must); potentially scheduled for at least one weekend day (Ex: Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs).

Required Skills and Experience

• Computer and technology skills/knowledge

The anticipated hiring salary for this full-time position is $25 per hour
