Community Solutions Inc. seeks a dedicated Case Aide for our Day Reporting Center in Santa Barbara, CA. You will support clients under supervision, collect intake data, help develop program plans, and coordinate with case managers to improve outcomes.

Schedule is Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:00am-5:00pm and Tuesday/Thursday 12:00pm-8:00pm. Benefits include two weeks vacation, sick time, medical/dental plans, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with three years’ experience in social services or related field.
• Education may be substituted with experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for clients’ location and monitor logs.
• Collect intake data and develop program plan goals with clients.
• Supervise client work, coordinate discharges with referral agencies, and participate in program procedures.
• Assist in client orientation and support supervision and escalation as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate visits and compliance with rules, regulations, and policies.

CASE AIDESANTA BARBARA, CACommunity Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Aide to join our team at our Day Reporting Center (DRC) located in Santa Barbara, CA. Our Day Reporting Centers in Santa Barbara and Santa Maria, CA provide a community-based alternative to incarceration for clients on parole. CSI uses a curricula-driven, evidence-based model designed to assess the needs of each client to reduce individual risk factors. Participants work closely with case managers and employment specialists to develop individual goals and make positive changes in their lives.Position OverviewMaintains accountability for clients’ location at all times and has knowledge of and implements all Agency policies and procedures governing facility operations including Client Supervision, Key Control and Head Counts.Monitoring of clients location and visitors logEmergency and other program required procedures.Collects intake data, develops and documents program plan goals with clients, monitors in the areas of treatment stipulations, job readiness preparation, and community resource referrals. Assists in client orientation as assigned. Makes recommendations to the supervisor for corrective action as required and monitors on an ongoing basis.Coordinates discharges with referral agencies.Supervises client work assignments and checks for satisfactory completion.Adheres to program procedures and enforces rules, regulation and policies.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:00am-5:00pm and Tuesday/Thursday 12:00pm-8:00pm.Hourly Rate: $21.86Company OverviewCommunity Solutions Inc.
