Job summary

Acacia Network is seeking a CASAC-T Counselor to provide evidence-based treatment within an integrated outpatient program in New York. Under supervision, you will perform screenings, assessments, and individualized treatment planning while delivering group and individual counseling to clients with substance use and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Valid unrestricted OASAS CASAC-T certification.
• Minimum of three (3) years in Substance Use/Human Services.
• Must obtain mandated reporter training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services in integrated outpatient program.
• Conduct SUD/mental health screenings, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Deliver individual and group counseling; crisis intervention and case management.
• Coordinate referrals and care with other professionals; maintain documentation.
