Job summary

McBee’s Coffee N Carwash in Smithville, Missouri is seeking a Sales Representative to support the management team by driving daily sales, promoting carwash packages, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will help customers choose menu options, explain memberships, and contribute to a positive visitor experience.

The role requires reliability, teamwork, safety awareness, and the ability to work 9:00am–5:00pm, outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous car wash or food industry experience a plus.
• Must successfully complete training in food preparation and food service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operational sales and promotions.
• Assist customers with carwash menu options and payments.
• Perform visual inspections of vehicles before wash.
• Explain pricing, packages, and membership benefits clearly.
• Track and meet sales metrics.

• Maintain car wash tunnel and equipment in good condition.

We are looking for a Sales Representative who will assist the Management team with delivery of outstanding customer service and experience at our Smithville, Missouri location. The Sales Representative is a critical component of the daily operations of the Carwash.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving daily operational sales and promotions.
• Assist customers with carwash menu options and payments.
• Performs visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the wash bay.
• Understands McBee’s Coffee N Carwash pricing, wash packages details, and membership benefits. Able to communicate information to customers effectively.
• Responsible for tracking and meeting sales metrics.
• Maintains sales growth through retention based sales strategies.
• Delivers monthly sales performance recaps/evaluations to the leadership team.
• Maintains, cleans, and sanitizes service and seating areas.
• Follows cleaning and general routine maintenance of car wash tunnel and equipment and property.
• Keeps vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied.
• Assist customers with orders, membership enrollments, and payments.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures for carwash and food handling.
• Proficient in providing fast and accurate service to customers.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Move safely over uneven, wet terrain or in confined spaces; able to work inside or outside and in all weather conditions.
• Must be available to work 9:00am-5:00pm.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
