McBee’s Coffee N Carwash in Smithville, MO is seeking a Sales Representative to support the management team with outstanding customer service and an emphasis on driving daily sales and promotions.

The role involves assisting customers with carwash options, handling payments, and ensuring accurate communication of pricing and memberships, while maintaining clean, safe facilities and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Able to follow all safety procedures for carwash and food handling.
• Proficient in providing fast and accurate service to customers.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Move safely over uneven, wet terrain or in confined spaces; work indoors or outdoors in all weather.
• Available to work 9:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operational sales and promotions.
• Assist customers with carwash menu options and payments.
• Perform visual inspections of vehicle condition before wash.
• Explain pricing, wash packages, and membership benefits to customers.
• Track and meet sales metrics.
• Maintain sales growth with retention-based strategies.
• Deliver monthly sales performance recaps to leadership.
• Clean and sanitize service and seating areas.
• Maintain car wash tunnel, equipment and property.
• Keep vacuums, hoses, and trash cans in order.
• Assist customers with orders, enrollments, and payments.
• Perform other related duties as required.
