McBee's Coffee N Carwash in St. Joseph, MO is seeking a Sales Representative to support the management team with outstanding customer service and sales execution at our North St Joseph location.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous car wash or food industry experience is a plus.
• Must complete training in food preparation and food service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of vehicles prior to wash.
• Explain pricing, wash packages, and membership benefits to customers.
• Track and meet sales metrics; deliver monthly sales recaps to leadership.

• Support maintenance of car wash tunnel and equipment.
• Assist with orders, memberships enrollments, and payments.

We are looking for a Sales Representative who will assist the Management team with delivery of outstanding customer service and experience at our North St Joseph, Missouri location. The Sales Representative is a critical component of the daily operations of the Carwash.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving daily operational sales and promotions.
• Assist customers with carwash menu options and payments.
• Performs visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it through the wash bay.
• Understands McBee's Coffee N Carwash pricing, wash packages details, and membership benefits. Able to communicate information to customers effectively.
• Responsible for tracking and meeting sales metrics.
• Maintains sales growth through retention based sales strategies.
• Delivers monthly sales performance recaps/evaluations to the leadership team.
• Maintains, cleans, and sanitizes service and seating areas.
• Follows cleaning and general routine maintenance of car wash tunnel and equipment and property.
• Keeps vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied.
• Assist customers with orders, membership enrollments, and payments.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures for carwash and food handling.
• Proficient in providing fast and accurate service to customers.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Move safely over uneven, wet terrain or in confined spaces; able to work inside or outside and in all weather conditions.
• Must be available to work mornings 6:30am - 3:00pm.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
