Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Carwash Maintenance Technician in Joliet, IL to perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on car wash equipment and facility systems.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and chemical systems and install or upgrade conveyors, pumps, motors, and water treatment equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of maintenance experience, and preferred tunnel car wash equipment knowledge.

• Experience with industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or service equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on car wash equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and chemical delivery systems.
• Install, maintain, and replace conveyors, pumps, motors, blowers, dryers, water treatment equipment, and related components.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and emergency service calls.
• Travel throughout an assigned district using a company vehicle; prioritize preventative maintenance and service requests to minimize downtime.
