Job summary

Timewise is seeking a friendly Guest Services Specialist to welcome customers at our carwash operations. You will explain wash packages, memberships, and promotions, handle payments, and promote loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience.

The role requires reliable, customer-focused individuals who can thrive in fast-paced outdoor environments and lift up to 40–50 pounds. Prior cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required, with comprehensive training provided.

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
