Position Summary

Provides customer service and operational support at Sam's Club, including explaining membership benefits, assisting with purchases, maintaining the gas station and car wash areas, stocking merchandise, and operating equipment.

What you'll do

1. Communicate membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members to assist with account decisions, renewals, and promote products and services.
2. Provide customer/member service by acknowledging, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe shopping environment.
3. Maintain the gas station and car wash areas by cleaning, organizing, and ensuring accurate signage.
4. Handle claims, returns, zoning, merchandising, and documentation for the gas station and car wash areas, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.
5. Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers, organize the facility, and complete required paperwork.
6. Operate equipment such as cash registers and tools to process customer purchases according to payment types and items sold.
7. Operate and maintain gas station and car wash equipment, providing products and services per company policies.

Compensation
