Position Summary

Provides excellent customer service by explaining Membership programs and benefits, assisting with account decisions, encouraging renewals, and promoting Sam's Club products and services. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area, operates equipment, and processes transactions accurately. Upholds company policies and safety standards while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communicate membership types, benefits, and application processes to current and prospective members.
2. Assist customers with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
3. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the designated areas, including signage and pricing.
4. Handle claims, returns, and organize merchandise and supplies efficiently.
5. Operate cash registers and other equipment to process transactions accurately.
6. Operate and maintain gas station and car wash equipment, providing quality service.
