• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
• Collaborate with management to improve client satisfaction, revenue, and efficiency.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, attendance, and performance evaluations.
