Roles & Responsibilities

1. Ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests.
2. Interact in a professional and calm manner with guests.
3. Patrol and monitor recreation areas, such as indoor and outdoor pools, and splash pad.
4. Rescue distressed persons using rescue techniques and appropriate equipment.
5. Contact emergency medical personnel in case of serious injuries.
6. Notify the Manager on Duty (MOD) immediately if an incident occurs.
7. Examine injured persons.
8. Warn guests about inclement weather, unsafe areas, or illegal conduct.
9. Maintain pool water quality by testing chemical levels.
10. Inspect recreational equipment and areas for potential dangers.
11. Ensure outdoor areas are free of trash and hazards.
12. Observe activities for dangerous actions or odd behaviors.
13. Document incident reports immediately and thoroughly.
14. Follow all safety guidelines and policies.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
