Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking entry-level team members to gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks related to services offered by our store, product handling, and customer service. Team members enjoy interacting with customers and demonstrating what above-and-beyond service means.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull items; bend and twist as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Coordinate and collect trash from parking lot, lawn, and store areas.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment when needed.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Assist service desk, entrances, lanes, and parking areas.
• Collaborate with departments across the store to support customer service.
