Job summary

Priority Waste Resources LLC is hiring a Container Delivery Driver to operate a truck, load and unload containers, and complete residential routes across Michigan. You will perform inspections, use a Moffett forklift, and maintain a clean, professional vehicle and customer interactions.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a DOT drug screen and background checks, and physical endurance to lift up to 75 pounds and work 10–12 hour shifts, including some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Requires valid chauffeur's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a DOT drug screen and background check.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and dispatch.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Comfort with using a tablet to receive and update work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck.
• Operates a truck in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and local laws.
• Mount/dismount heavy-duty truck and load/unload containers with Moffett forklift.
• Complete residential routes efficiently while keeping customer sites clean.
• Communicate with customers and route manager about issues or interruptions.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance; report any incidents promptly.
