Meijer is seeking an entry-level team member in Michigan to gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks related to store services. You’ll work with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes, and parking lot, collaborating with departments such as Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.

Qualifications

• Highly-organized with a keen sense for details.
• Great listening and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Coordinate and collect trash in the parking lot, lawn, and store areas.
• Operate snow removal equipment to clear snow safely.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Work with service desk, entrance, lanes, and parking areas.
• Collaborate with departments across Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
