Job summary

Meijer Great Lakes is seeking entry-level team members to gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks across store operations. You will support courtesy desk, stocking, safety, and customer service while learning our standards for above-and-beyond service.

• Highly organized with a keen sense for details.

• Able to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product or equipment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Coordinate and collect the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment to remove snow.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Collaborate with service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Work with departments across Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
• This profile is not all-inclusive; may perform other duties as assigned.

As an entry-level team member, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks related to additional services provided by our store, product and customer service. What You'll be Doing:
