Job summary

Walmart Supercenter Toa Baja is seeking a friendly Cart Attendant to help create a positive shopping experience for every guest. You will gather carts from the parking lot and move them inside, while keeping carts clean and orderly throughout the store.

This part-time role requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions and offers competitive hourly pay, with additional incentives and premiums based on schedule, location, or work performed.

Responsibilities

• Gather carts from the parking lot and return them to the store entrance.
• Move carts from the parking lot into the store for customer use.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of shopping carts at all times.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $13 - $26 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions!
