Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Part-Time Cart Attendant at Walmart Supercenter #530 in El Dorado, AR. You will help ensure customers have a positive first and last impression by gathering carts from the parking lot and moving them into the store as needed.

You will also maintain cart sanitation and cleanliness, operate equipment as required, and bring a positive attitude in all weather conditions. The role offers hourly pay with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job description

Hourly Wage

$14 - $27 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
