Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Caguas, PR is seeking a friendly Cart Attendant to maintain cart cleanliness and move carts from the parking lot into the store. You will help ensure a positive first and last impression for customers in all weather conditions.

This part-time role offers a wage range of $13–$26 per hour, with potential incentives based on performance. A reliable attitude and good physical stamina are important for daily duties in a fast-paced retail environment.

Hourly Wage

$13 - $26 per/hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions!
