Job summary

Sam's Club in Durham, NC is seeking energetic cart attendants who take pride in their work and provide a positive first and last impression. You’ll keep the parking lot organized, help members load purchases, and ensure carts are ready.

You’ll stand and move for long periods, assist with pickup orders, handle payments per policies, and support creating a great member experience in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club pick up orders are fulfilled and notify members of any delays.
• Inform members when products are unavailable and offer suitable alternatives.
• Assist with packaging and selection of items according to company policies; help with checkout when needed.
• Maintain safety by performing safety sweeps and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Assist members with loading items into vehicles and keep carts/flatbeds organized and available.
• Resolve member issues and concerns; promote the company's products and services.
• Comply with policies, ethics standards, and conduct tasks with managers and coworkers.
