• Notify members about pickup times and product availability
• Assist members with purchases and payments
• Ensure carts/flatbeds are available and parking lot is clean
• Provide safe, friendly service and resolve member issues
• Operate cash registers according to policies
• Maintain safety and report unsafe conditions
