Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Cart Builder to efficiently assemble restock carts by separating cases and loading pallets onto carts as directed by voice or RF units. You will build and prepare pulling carts according to ship times, order sizes, and customer requests in tandem with Dynamics.

Responsibilities include building carts per SOP, moving products with pallet jack, relocating items from Slow Bay using RF, and operating the internal system with RF. The role emphasizes accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to learn Internal Operating System and operate RF unit.
• Ability to work in high-demand, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Comprehend verbal and written instructions.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Overtime may be required.
• Ability to read/write and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKUs.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build carts by following standard operating procedures.
