Job Requirements

A Coldwater Canyon Golf Cart Attendant is primarily an outdoor position affected by weather. This seasonal and physically active role involves the following tasks:

1. Greeting all guests upon arrival and directing them to the driving range and first tee.
2. Handling golf bags, setting up golf carts by pulling them out for the day, and cleaning and putting them away afterward.
3. Overseeing the driving range and range balls.
4. Cleaning golf clubs after rounds and gathering guest feedback.
5. Assisting with golf cart maintenance as needed.
6. Providing excellent customer service to ensure guests have a great experience.

Other Experience and Qualifications

• Must be in good physical condition and able to lift and carry at least 20 lbs.
• Able to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Full use of eyes, ears, and speech.
• Ability to walk, turn head and torso, bend arms, wrists, and fingers.
• Ability to hold a water hose overhead while spraying down golf carts.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Golf knowledge and outstanding customer service experience preferred.
