Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level team member to gain hands-on experience with a variety of retail tasks, store operations, and customer service. You will be involved in supporting service desks, front-end areas, and departments across the store while learning core retail processes.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting trash in the parking lot, lawn, and inside store areas.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for snow removal.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Work with service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Collaborate with departments across Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
