Meijer is hiring an entry-level Courtesy Team Member in Indiana. You will gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks related to store services, product handling, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Coordinate and collect parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment for snow removal.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Work with service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and maintain order in checkout and service areas.
• Support team with stocking, cleaning, and organizing merchandise.
• Report safety concerns and help ensure a clean, welcoming store environment.

What You'll be Doing:

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
