Meijer in Iowa is hiring entry-level team members to support store operations, customer service and everyday retail tasks. You will rotate through departments, assist customers, stock shelves, and help keep the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants move shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Coordinate and collect parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment for snow removal.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Work with service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking areas.
• Collaborate with departments across the store (Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral).
• May perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll be Doing:

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
