Meijer is seeking a cart attendant to help keep the store inviting and safe. You will ferry carts, manage trash in parking lots and store areas, and assist with snow removal as needed. You’ll also handle returns of perishable goods and participate in general cleaning tasks.

This role requires strong organization, good listening and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with various store departments.

Mansioni

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside to inside the store.

• Conduct basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Collaborate with service desk, entrances, lanes and parking lot teams.

What You'll be Doing:

• Cart attendants will ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior.
• Coordinating and collecting of the parking lot, lawn, and inside store trash.
• Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow.
• Perishable and salvage returns.
• Basic store and restroom cleaning.
• Working with our service desk, store entrance, check lanes and parking lot areas.
• Working with departments: Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.
