Job summary

Hershey Country Club in Hershey, PA is seeking a friendly part-time Team Member to provide courteous, efficient service to members and guests. The role includes assisting with golf carts, keeping carts and facilities clean, loading golf bags, and supporting staff during busy periods.

Shifts rotate morning, midday, and evening, including weekends and holidays. As a perk, employees receive free admission and parking to Hersheypark, plus discounts on food and shopping once the Employee ID is issued.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required to operate golf carts

This position is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, courteous service to members and guests of the Hershey Country Club. The working schedule may include morning, mid-day, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job)

• Assisting members and guests with the use of golf carts.*
• Maintaining the cleanliness of carts.*
• Assisting staff in maintaining the cleanliness of building grounds.*
• Loading and unloading of member and guest golf bags.*
• Driving a maintenance cart in order to pick golf range.*
• Maintaining order and washing golf balls at the golf range.*
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a Driver's License in order to operate golf carts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work independently and display initiative.
• Demonstrate professional image representative of property.

Job Demands:

• Physical requirements include standing and walking at least 95% of the shift, communicating clearly, walking, bending, pushing, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work under various inclement weather conditions.
• Schedule will rotate to cover hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Shifts rotate according to needs. Morning, afternoon, and evening included.
