Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level team member to gain exposure to a variety of retail tasks across multiple departments and to deliver above-and-beyond customer service.

This role offers opportunities to learn operations across service desks, stores, and departments while growing within our Meijer family. The Courtesy Team Member will assist with cart retrieval, parking lot maintenance, trash collection, snow removal, returns, cleaning, and collaboration with store teams to ensure smooth,

• Highly-organized with a keen sense for details.
• Great listening and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist while handling product or using equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cart attendants ferry shopping carts from outside to inside the store.
• Coordinate and collect trash from parking lot, lawn, and inside store.
• Safely operate snow removal equipment to remove snow.
• Handle perishable and salvage returns.
• Perform basic store and restroom cleaning.
