Job summary

Walmart Supercenter Brick Township, NJ is seeking a friendly Cart Attendant to ensure customers have a great first and last impression. You will gather carts from the parking lot, move them into the store, and maintain clean, sanitized shopping carts in all weather conditions.

This part-time role offers mid-shift and closing schedules, with an hourly wage of $16–$29 and eligibility for performance incentives and a broad benefits package described in store.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
