Job summary

Walmart in Winchester, VA is seeking a part-time Cart Attendant to help deliver a strong customer experience. You will gather carts from the parking lot and transport them inside the store, while keeping carts clean and organized in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Gather carts from the parking lot and bring them inside the store.

Job description

Hourly Wage

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

Hourly Rate Guarantee

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts.
